SALTISE is not responsible for the content published or disseminated within the presentations at this event or resulting materials – e.g., Conference Program. Please communicate directly with the authors if you wish to express concerns related to the content of any and all presentations. In the case of serious concerns, please forward your objections to the conference organizers so that appropriate steps can be taken.

SALTISE intends to take pictures and videos in this event for use in their newsletters and promotional material, in print, electronic and other media, including the SALTISE website and social media accounts. By default, your participation in this event means that you grant SALTISE the right to use any image, photograph, voice or likeness, without limitation, in its promotional materials and publicity efforts without compensation. If you do not wish your picture to be taken for publication or posting or used, please notify the photographer or a staff member and reasonable steps will be taken to avoid your picture being taken and/or including your image in our promotional materials and publicity efforts.
